Registration Fee

Note that one of the authors of an accepted paper should choose Paper Registration (registration fee) and complete the paper registration by July 14, 2024 (CST). The paper registration fee includes the fee of attendance, and the author who has paid for the paper registration can attend the conference without paying the fees of Regular (Attendance), Student (Attendance), Regular (Virtual Attendance), and Student (Virtual Attendance). If only one author of an accepted paper attends the conference and he/she is a student, the student author should choose Paper Registration (registration fee). If an author (who is not a student) and a student author attend the conference, the student author should choose the fee of Student (Attendance) or Student (Virtual attendance) and the other author should choose Paper Registration (registration fee).

Please refer to a supplementary material for online registration. The last page of this material shows where you can download the receipt of the registration fee.

On-site Registration

We hope that attendees can register at the conference through the online-registration site. However, we also prepare an on-site registration for attendees who prefer to register on-site. The registration fees are 12,000 TWD for Regular and 10,000 TWD for Student. The registration fee can be paid at the registration desk (on-site) of the conference by credit card or by cash.

Cancellation Policy

The expenses paid in advance registration can not be refunded in any circumstances.

Invitation Letter and Visa Information

The conference will email an official invitation letter to each registered author upon a request. If you need the invitation letter, please email us your request as well as your affiliation, postal address and fax number to AsiaJCIS2024@ncku.edu.tw. As soon as you receive the invitation letter, please apply for visa at the Taiwanese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office in your country.
